About Me

Hi! I am Dave Borradaile and I have been an avid fitness enthusiast my entire life. With this passion, I decided to pursue a career in Personal Training. I want to help others find their passion in fitness, too!

I have had personal trainers myself and have worked out in gyms all over BC. I know first hand what it takes: An excellent trainer doesn't just provide a work out. It's a community, a safe place, and a sustainable plan going forward. You will leave our sessions knowing that this is just the beginning of your fitness journey and you have what it takes reach your goals.

I feel my coaching experience gives me the emotional understanding and years of competitive sport gives me the technical understanding needed to help truly excel in your fitness.

I have coached my son's soccer team for the last 5 years, played competitive soccer, slow-pitch, conquered tough mudders, run, and multi-day hikes.  I am a dad that loves to stay active and encourage others.

More about me!

I love to travel and have been in almost every city in BC! On weekends I love to immerse myself in nature. Whether it's walking my dog, Ozzy Pawsbourne, playing soccer with my boy, or hiking around this beautiful island, I'm usually spending my free time active and outside.

“The Forest is my peaceful place I go to get away.” – Dave Borradaile

I am a  BCRPA certified personal trainer with certificates in Fitness Theory, Weight Lifting, Coaching and Person Training. My at home 900 sq. gym located on my property in Sooke, BC gives people the opportunity to workout in a private facility without the need for a membership. Some people don’t enjoy the everyday gym and prefer the private space of a home gym. My facility and knowledge of fitness will help you achieve the goals you have for yourself. Call me or reach out today to start being the better you.
